Return & Refund Policy

At Mr TechFIX, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency in all transactions. Below are the terms governing our return and refund policy.

1. Return Policy

Goods Once Sold

  • Goods once sold are non-returnable, except under the following conditions:
  • Trade-In: Devices can be considered for trade-in only if they are in perfect working condition and meet our evaluation criteria.
  • Manufacturer Error: If a device has a manufacturer defect, it must be thoroughly inspected before leaving the shop to qualify for a return.

Returns for Repaired Devices

  • Returns are accepted only for devices with:
  • Software-related issues, not hardware-related issues.
  • A valid warranty.
  • Recurring problems previously repaired by Mr TechFIX. (This will be carefully assessed to verify the recurrence.)

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
A refund will be provided only under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailable Parts: If necessary parts to complete the repair are unavailable.
  • Unfixable Devices: If a deposit was requested for repair, but the device could not be fixed.
  • Unavailable Gadgets: If a customer paid for a gadget that is later found to be unavailable in the market.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 working days after the refund request is approved by management.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

 

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • All returns and refund requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Devices or parts must be returned in the same condition they were sold or repaired, with no additional damage or tampering.
  • Mr TechFIX reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the device or part before approving a return or refund request.
